As a volleyball player, I have to stay in shape. I tried Kayla Itsines’s Bikini Body Guide for a month and man was that an exhausting heart pumping workout. It is structured a certain way for each day of the workout and there are three. One for abs and abs, legs and cardio on the last one it is full body. That is the most exhausting one, you would expect to magical have abs after one week.
Day one is abs and arms. There are such workouts as planks, push-ups, sit-ups and ab bikes and man oh man I was sweating. The guide is structured in circuits, there are two circuits and you do each one twice for seven minutes with a one to two minute break. The abs its self was probably the most exhausting work out of them all. My core was burning and I could feel myself becoming stronger. This workout my look relatively easy but really, I was impressed with how tired I got from something that I did not expect to be hard.
Legs and cardio is the second workout. This workout I found easier for me as I did play other sports that built my leg muscle. It over was a fun workout for that I enjoyed. This workout included things like squats, lunges, knee ups and burpees. There was one work out called x jumps that I did find quite interesting. What you do is jump up and touch your foot with the opposite hand. I found this one intriguing and I did like it a lot.
In the last work out the full body workout a mix of the painful and the enjoyable. This one included a mix of the two workouts. I liked this one the best out of all because it was mixing all of them, if the entire guide were like this one workout I would enjoy it more. I was more exhausted because my entire body had been worked but it was much more enjoyable for me.
In conclusion, if you want to get into shape, definitely try this guide. It does have a success rate that is very high; a lot of body transformations online are so called “because of Kayla Itsines”. It got my heart pumping and it has also raised a lot of fame for its magic ways of getting you back into shape. I would definitely recommend this to everyone that is looking to get in shape.
