Finding the perfect shampoo can be a taxing and costly tax. Everyone’s hair is different and therefore requires a different type of shampoo. There’s no universal formula that will tell you exactly which shampoo you need, but I have put together a list of some of the best ones that I have found, and I hope that it will be of some use to you as well.
If you have colour-treated hair, especially if it’s been bleached, then you are going to want a gentler and milder shampoo so that it doesn’t fade the colour. Also, your hair is going to be prone to damage if it’s dyed, so you want to use a shampoo that is going to be moisturizing and replenishing.
A couple good of ones are:
-Alterna Caviar Anti-Aging Brightening Blonde Shampoo
-KMS California Colour Vitality Shampoo
-Kevin Murphy Angel Wash
-AG Hair Cosmetics Colour Safe Sulfate-Free Shampoo
If you have naturally oily hair, you’re most likely looking for a shampoo that isn’t going to add a bunch of extra gunk to your hair and one that can keep your hair looking clean for days on end.
Some shampoos for you to try out are:
-Biolage Normalizing Shampoo
-Pantene Clarity Purifying Shampoo
-Neutrogena Anti-Residue Shampoo
If you suffer from dry and brittle hair, you’re going to want to look for a milder and gentler shampoo that is going to restore nutrients in your hair.
-Giovanni Smooth as Silk Shampoo
-Kérastase Bain Satin 2
-Mizani Therasmooth Shampoo
-Aubrey Organics Blue Chamomile Hydrating Shampoo
-Beecology Honey and Botanical Sulfate-Free Shampoo
These are the major categories that most hair types fall into. If yours is none of the above I am so sorry and I wish you the best of luck in your quest to find your ideal shampoo. As for the rest of you, I hope that you were finally able to find that one shampoo that just works for you. If you weren’t able to, a quick google search will bring you lots of different suggestions.
