Berry Smoothie Recipe

Seeing as summer is quickly approaching, smoothies are the perfect drink to keep you hydrated and healthy throughout the day. This one is easy to make, perfect for breakfast, and is made out of common ingredients that are very easy to find.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup blackberries
  • 1/3 cup strawberries
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 cup water

Tools:

  • Blender
  • Spoon
  • Glass

Preparation time: 4 minutes

Servings: 2

Procedure:

  1. Toss all of your ingredients into the blender.
  2. Blend for 20 sec. or until it has reached desired consistency.
  3. Stir with spoon to insure all ingredients have been blended.
  4. Pour into glass, and enjoy!
  5. Optional: Garnish with strawberries, raspberries, and/or blackberries.
